Any last min apt are to my discretion. Any appointment scheduled for 2.5+ hours are considered an extensive service. All extensive appointments will require a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will go towards the extensive service appointment. Appointments being held by a deposit will have a 5 day grace period. During the grace period changes can be made to your appointment date/time. After the 5 day grace period your appointment cannot be changed. All deposits will have a 3.5% service fee. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or card. If you choose to pay by card the service fee of 3.5% will also apply. No show after 15 mins of your scheduled apt time will result in a cancellation.
